It is the official representative of Xerox Hellas for the Prefectures of Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Pieria, Imathia, Pella, Kilkis, Serres, Kastoria, Grevena, Kozani & Florina. Its main activity is the representation, purchase, sale or lease of Xerox Hellas products related to machines, systems, solutions and document production and management services. It also trades DELL laptops, computers, accessories as its official Partner. DigiDocX was founded in 2021 & employs 8 people, well trained in all areas of Xerox products, services and processes and is managed by Mr. St. Armouti (GM) who is also affiliated with the company. It has well-trained staff, from very experienced former Copygraff / Herox executives. Its people constantly participate in seminars and trainings in Greece as well as abroad & have achieved many successes - distinctions. The sales department, the administrative services and the equipment warehouse of DigiDocX are housed in an area of 125 sq.m. at 40 Terma Delou & Vryoulon Street in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. For the best and most efficient coverage of the market and the needs of its customers, DigiDocX is organized in 4 areas of activity, where 4 document management consultants & 1 Pre & Post Sales Analyst are employed. Covering respectively: the market of Graphic Arts, the office of small & medium business, large companies and the wider public sector. In addition, the sales department in collaboration with the Analyst department of your company provide specialized Apps and IT solutions.
