We do this by helping assess and uplift their Cloud Operating Models – moving to modern cloud-centric ways of working. Our advisory services cover the full lifecycle of a cloud operating model, from performing current state assessments and future state designs (& value analysis) to working collaboratively within an organisation's teams to uplift and implement new processes and ways of working, to drive optimisation and continual improvement.
