DIGIRIGHTS Jean Monnet Project

The Jean Monnet Module ‘Digital transformation and human rights: EU perspective’ (DIGIRIGHTS) aims to promote a European way to digital transformation in human rights, which puts people at the centre and is built on European values and EU fundamental rights. It addresses how Information and communication technologies, including Artificial intelligence, affect human rights and their enforcement and protection in the EU. In order to analyse this goal more thoroughly, the project’s background will be first described.
