Digit d.o.o. is privately owned import – export company from Slovenia, with the tradition of more than twenty-five years. The main activity of the company is import, wholesale and distribution of prepacked food products. During the course of business, the company signed exclusive agreements with several European manufacturers. Company is situated in the suburbs of Ljubljana where Digit has it's headquarters and warehouse with capacity for storing more than 2500 pallets of chilled and deepfrozen food products. It covers the whole country with daily deliveries which are made by its own vehicles. With the entry of Croatia into EURO area, new business opportunities opened for the company. New markets, consumers and well established business practices have led to a constant increase of a business. In 2016 Digit opened its subsidiary Digit Adria in Zagreb, Croatia and also its own small scale production facility in Ljubljana, Slovenia where prepacked salads and sandwiches are daily produced. The company is innovatively driven and constantly adapts and improves its practices. Besides that it provides the best possible service to its customers, with its own storage facilities and an innovative way of storing, up-to-date ordering and supplying products, after sales activities and own transport means. Demand for company’s services is constantly on the rise and the company wants to maintain and perhaps even improve the business process. In the 2018 Digit became a proud member of SBC – Slovenian Business Club and ECD – European Catering Distributors.
