Digital DNA specializes in advanced industrial electrical circuit design and manufacture. Our remit includes new product design for process automation as well as industrial maintenance and repair. With a track record in servicing large South African corporations, we are recognized for fault-finding down to discrete component level and restoring full operational status to expensive and highly specialized equipment that is often discarded due to its sensitive role in business continuity. We are skilled in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and procure sub-components locally or abroad when required. Our workshop is equipped with an R&D laboratory for advanced troubleshooting with custom designed test jigs to rapidly troubleshoot and certify equipment to operational standards with a limited warranty on all equipment. Our expertise in electronic control modules, controller cards and auxiliary equipment such as sensors, detectors, and electronic accessories offer value by saving time and money while respecting the environment. Included in our portfolio are industrial automation including PLC setup/programming, sensors including photodetectors or rotary encoders and output devices like VSD/VFD and servo systems.
