The digital sector is growing exponentially, the future or what was discussed or suggested would happen is here now ….today! The digital world is forever evolving, taking a bigger share or role in our lives whether we like it or not, we have more reliance upon tech than ever before, therefore the potential for digital career opportunities for everyone is immense. However only just 7% of the UK digital workforce are black people, more needs to be done by all including our white allies to change the narrative. I’m doing what I can to bring those digital opportunities to black & ethnic digital marketing professionals, my candidates know their CV or video interview will be acknowledged like everyone else’s, in addition feeling confident that their career aspirations of development & progression are understood by inclusive employers who demonstrate a true feeling of belonging.
