On April 2016, VeEX Inc. acquired all Digital Lightwave's operating assets with the goal of integrating the NPA/EAHD/NAA probes and technologies into its cloud-based VeSion monitoring system. The new Digital Lightwave division continues to run independently and taking advantage of all synergies and new opportunities.
