The Digital Mirror founders came together at Seal Software fifteen years ago, where they created the category contract analytics, which introduced the idea of using machine learning to extract and manage data from contracts at scale. Seal Software's early focus on AI for contracts laid the groundwork for many of today's advancements in contract analytics. Its use of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning allowed businesses to handle large contract repositories effectively. Seal Software was acquired by DocuSign in 2020. Now, Digital Mirror is taking Seal's work to the next level, allowing customers to identify what matters in their contracts, find out where value is being lost, and taking action to fix it.
