Training is an essential part of our business, which is why we provide consistent feedback to each and every member of staff to ensure that our quality control standards are not only met, but exceeded. We began over 30 years ago with just a single typist, who now runs DigiTyping and oversees quality checking of all of our transcriptions. After graduating with Pitman and Level 3 Royal Society of Arts qualifications, Heather worked for the Civil Service as the Secretary to the Head Inspector of Taxes for the Southeast of England, where she continued to pursue her love for typing. Some years later, she went on to become a typist for some of the top legal professionals in London. Heather has also worked in the busy suburbs of Southeast London for several years as a secretary in a busy property sales and lettings estate agency. All of our typists are graded and checked by that same high standard, and with a wealth of differing experiences in multiple sectors, we are confident that we can provide the very best possible service to you, whatever your industry.
