Project DigiWELL („Research of Excellence on Digital Technologies and Wellbeing CZ.02.01.01/00/22_008/0004583“) is co-financed by the European Union. It is an interdisciplinary project involving eight partnering institutions from the Czech Republic: University of Ostrava, Masaryk University, Palacky University Olomouc, University Hradec Kralove, National Institute of Mental Health, and the Czech Academy of Sciences represented by the Psychological Institute, Sociological Institute and the Institute of Informatics. The project investigates the links between digital technologies and wellbeing from social sciences perspective. Experts from the diverse fields of psychology, kinanthropology, social work, media studies, informatics, data science, statistics, and methodology collaborate to better understand how best to harness the power of digital technologies to enhance physical, psychological and social wellbeing in youth, adult, and older adult populations.
