InstaBud: Your AI Buddy for Virtual Property Inspections - Claims, Repairs, Restorations, Underwriting, and other use cases - at Lightning Fast Speed!
This has 2 components: Web portal for adjusters, estimators and contractors; and mobile app for homeowners, field inspectors or contractors. With our latest AI technology, now the homeowner can upload a video of the property interior or exterior (eg: at first notice of loss or FNOL) and our Ai is able to extract all the relevant information from that single video, so that the assigned adjuster or contractor gets all the information they need to complete their virtual inspection for underwriting, repairs, restorations or claims.
For property claims, this results in 60 - 70% of the claims being settled instantly, as soon as the claim is assigned to the remote adjuster, saving the insurer time and money, while providing an ideal customer experience to the policyholder!
The average accuracy is over 97% and the sketches are automatically converted into ".ESX" format for Xactimate or ".FML" for Claims Workspace (aka Claims Connect or Symbility) instantly, in SECONDS!
The PreCogs: Uses Generative AI to prevent financial crime like fraud and money laundering, BEFORE they occur, by preemptively stopping such transactions from being completed, with 99.7% accuracy! The details and explanations are handed over to the financial institution's investigation team for further actions.
This is driven by our 2 AI models, which we call our PreCogs, that can detect a potential financial crime in any transaction - ACH, wire, credit card, debit card, real-time payment or RTP, etc. - any currency, anywhere.
Once a transaction is red-flagged by our PreCogs for potential financial crime, the transaction is paused and the explanation for flagging the transaction is handed over to the designated investigating team of the financial institution.
