Digylid

Digylid is a program developed by the Institute for Research in HR Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Work Life [IDOCAL] of the University of Valencia, Spain. It aims to provide training in effective leadership for telework, improving the well-being and performance of teams in remote work and/or hybrid arrangements. It is a web+app program, with academic material, interactive sessions and a follow-up through mobile. Its effectiveness is also measured through online questionnaires developed by the University. Digylid is currently available for implementation in companies in Spanish-speaking countries, subject to prior agreement with the institution.
