DIJIT Program is a next-generation SaaS-based job marketplace and workforce development platform designed to bridge the gap between education and employment in India. Despite millions of graduates entering the workforce each year, a large portion remain unemployed or underemployed due to lack of practical, industry-ready skills. At the same time, companies face difficulty in sourcing reliable, trained talent—especially at the entry level. We solve this with our unique "Train and Deploy" model. DIJIT trains job seekers in both technical and soft skills aligned with industry needs and directly connects them with hiring partners. This end-to-end model creates a win-win: candidates become job-ready, and employers get skilled resources, reducing time and cost per hire. We operate through a SaaS platform that integrates learning, assessment, job application tracking, and recruiter engagement. Our network includes 15000+ college partners and 3,500+ direct corporate contacts, providing us with both supply and demand scalability.
