We advise buy side as well as sell side M&A transactions, the setting up of new businesses and investment vehicles, business consultancy, and fundraising solutions. DIKE Advisory also provides Real Estate Advisory services, Brokerage and Valuation services, focusing in finding solutions for its clients in commercial real estate (office, industrial, retail and hotel), mixed-use property, and land development opportunities. Founded in 2015, DIKE Advisory was born as a natural next step in adding new capabilities to DIKE Group.
