At Dilate Power, we thrive on efficiency. We began as a lean/six sigma consulting company simplifying processes in the agriculture, power, mining and retail sectors between 2011 and 2014. Companies serviced include Nike, Lee Valley, HoneyBar, Wright Medical, Algoma Steel, Glencore, the University of Ottawa Thermal Plant and ZEC Lubricants, along with a number of independent agricultural firms. From mid-2014, Dilate Power shifted focus to support EPC (engineer, procure, construct) utilities projects in developing countries. The services we provide include project planning, easy-to-construct engineering packages, simplifying the supply chain, regulatory compliance and construction support.
