Dili Development Company, Lda (DDC) is a prominent company in the field of property development and property management in Timor-Leste which was founded in 2009. Since then, it has diversified into various fields including retail operations, hotel and hospitality industry. DDC is affiliated with Jape Group International in Darwin, Australia. The company’s main investment in Timor-Leste is the development of Dili Central – the first (and only) integrated modern commercial compound featuring retail units, office space, apartments and hotel. Dili Central is hailed as Dili’s new city center equipped with modern amenities that caters the need of international visitors as well as expat communities and local residents.
