Dilkibaat (Heart to Heart), works to promote the psychological wellbeing and emotional health of the South Asian population across the world. It is an online directory of the registered therapists who believe the best mental health therapy is grounded in scientific evidence. Therefore, our therapists are all trained in evidence-based psychological interventions. We aim to become the largest South Asian mental health community of therapists, where providers are selected for their expertise and clinical training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), widely considered the highest standard of care in mental health therapy today. The therapists in this directory are from Europe, North America and South Asia. Dilkibaat aims to help mental health providers serve the mental health needs of the South Asian individuals living there Or abroad. Therapists are either of South Asian background or are trained in Culturally adapted CBT for the South Asian population.
