Dillon Coaching and Training

A passion to help people (in every way I possibly could) lead me into the full-time ministry for 8-years right out of undergraduate school. After the ministry I went on to get a MS in Training & Development and spent the next several years in training, coaching and selling positions within corporate organizations. From there I worked for two consulting companies, spent 4 years within academia and started my own coaching and training business while becoming an ICF certified coach. I then landed back within an award-winning training department for the largest HR services provider in the world, where I still work, along with running this coaching and training business. People tend to come to me, they say, because of my broad experience, deep passion for and skill at working with a wide variety of people, and an innate (and cultivated) emotional intelligence.
