On March 16, 2018, Chef Wang transformed the tradition of dine out dim sum by opening the first artisan takeout restaurant called Dim Sum USA in Foster City. Chef Wang came to United States 21 years ago. At countless night, he dreamed about his parents making dumplings for him. Over the years, dumplings translated as his love to his parents.
