Most of the cabbage is processed producing Sauerkraut, Stewed sauerkrauts, Pickled Cabbage and Marinated Cabbage Salad. The Company also markets fresh cabbage. Since DIMDIŅI began being a cabbage grower in 1992, they have put lots of effort and attention into the selection and research of cabbage breeds.
