DIMDIŅI company farms around 420 hectares of cabbage (mostly), as well as Chinese cabbage and cauliflower. Most of the cabbage is processed producing Sauerkraut, Stewed sauerkrauts, Pickled Cabbage and Marinated Cabbage Salad. The Company also markets fresh cabbage.
