Peter Dingman and Ken Labowitz founded Dingman Labowitz in 1997 to provide clients with legal assistance in the practice areas where their experience allows them to be both effective and efficient.
After 45 years (each) practicing law, we think we know who we are and what we can reasonably accomplish for our clients. That’s what we do.
Together and separately, we have handled a wide variety of transactions and many types of litigation. We have dealt with issues affecting elderly and chronically ill people, and solved problems in fiduciary matters, real estate disputes, and disagreements in closely held companies. Partners in several other firms, we shared a desire to create a firm reflecting our particular views and attitudes toward the practice of law. In our own firm, we have been able to concentrate our efforts and build a skilled and reliable staff.
