In 2023, we opened our doors to a world of flavor and craftsmanship, where we've been crafting award-winning Canadian whisky. Our whisky is a celebration of taste, recognized and celebrated by both consumers and international expert panels through blind tastings. The exceptional taste of our whisky is a testament to the quality of the grains and barrels we use, with no additives whatsoever. Our dedication to purity and flavor is unmatched, and we source 100% Canadian grains, including malt grains located just 15 kilometers from our distillery, ensuring the freshest and finest ingredients go into every drop of our whisky. Our commitment goes beyond taste. We're dedicated to sustainability, continuously improving our distillation process to save energy and water. Our spent grains don't go to waste; they nourish local farmers' animals, completing a sustainable cycle. In our packaging, we strive to minimize plastic usage, opting for eco-friendly alternatives whenever possible. And when our efforts bear fruit and we begin to profit, we give back through carbon offset initiatives, contributing to a greener, more sustainable future.
