Cultivation, production and processing of medicinal plants and products. In the rich flora of our country are hidden many health and wellness secrets that remain "locked" in our tradition and are scientifically documented. In 2005, Dioscurides was founded in the municipality of Muriki of the prefecture of Kozani, for the purpose of cultivation, production and processing of aromatic and medicinal plants, as well as products based on them (herbal teas, food supplements, infusions, essential oils, extracts, cosmetics etc.) and are used for physical health and well-being. Dioscurides O.E. is a modern, vertically integrated unit, unique of its kind in Greece, certified with ISO 22000, that cultivates, processes and produces products that are located in selected pharmacies and stores throughout Greece. The raw materials used by the company are strictly Greek and are grown by trained farmers with the standards of Integrated Management, in selected areas in Central and northern Greece.
