It was almost 20 years ago that a couple of software developers had the idea to found their own company to develop software for the nascent online survey market. They named it Dipolar – “two poles” – representing the two founders.
While creating basic survey software is relatively easy, Dipolar quickly moved to focus on the most demanding users of Web Surveys – Market Researchers. While our penetration of the local market continues unabated, it is overseas where our growth has exploded in the last few years. Recent expansion has included:
- Web Survey Creator becoming the exclusive survey tool for a billion-dollar global market research company in 2012
- Release of a Japanese version of Web Survey Creator in June 2014. The first user is the largest CATI room operator in Japan.
- The opening of our London office in March 2014, and the founding of our fully-owned UK subsidiary – “Web Creator Suite Ltd”.
