Direct Access USA, LLC (the "Company"), a Delaware limited liability company, was organized in August, 2016. The Company is registered as a Futures Commission Merchant ("FCM") with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") and is a member of the National Futures Association. The Company is a Clearing Member of the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the New York Mercantile Exchange, and the Commodity Exchange, Inc. DAUS is a wholly owned subsidiary of DA International Financial Services Limited (DAHK) that is a Hong Kong registered FCM regulated by the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong. Collectively, the Direct Access group of financial institutions provide global brokerage services for various products including securities, futures, options and other financial products. By virtue of core competencies due to its competitive technological advances, DA has rapidly grown into a leading foreign futures brokerage company in the Asia Pacific Area, with customer margin deposits over 300 million USD. DA was approved by SFC to carry brokerage services of global securities in 2016.
