There are two reasons why clients engage our services; To attract customers from these important consumer groups To effectively manage the compliance risk of dealing with clients with legally protected characteristics In March 2011 Direct Enquiries in partnership with The Greater London Authority (GLA) went live with two new websites, www.inclusivelondon.com and www.inclusivebritian.com. ‘Inclusive London’ was launched on the 11th of March in preparation for the launch of the ticketing for the 2012 Games. The website provides organisations with a great opportunity to enhance their profile and ensure people living and visiting London and the UK both pre- and post-Games are given detailed information about the service they provide, maximising footfall and revenue opportunities. The second website ‘Inclusive Britain’ was launched on the 18th of March providing the same information for businesses across the whole of Great Britian.
