DIRFIS MUSHROOMS is a certified specialized mushroom grower’s and substrate plant that operates under integrated circular facilities by maximizing productivity by lowering cost and promoting year-round cultivation while operating under proper waste management. A sustainable business that considers and embraces environmental, economic, and social factors in practice. DIRFIS MUSHROOMS is a GlobalGap, BIO, and ISO 22000:2018 certified company that complies with all international standards for a food safety management system and proves its capacity to control food safety hazards to guarantee that food is safe for human consumption. DIRFIS MUSHROOMS facilities incorporate a substrate plant of 15000m², 20 mushroom growing tunnels of 360m² each for Pleurotus and Shiitake, a modern processing facility of 800 m2, and an olive tree plantation of 6000m². DIRFIS MUSHROOMS product line asides the fresh produce of Pleurotus and Shiitake, it also includes over 100 conventional and unique mushroom formulas and a BIO-certified range, created by skilled food specialists, dietitians, and chefs. These include a range of mushroom soups, mushroom pasta, mushroom risotti, medicinal mushrooms, marinated mushrooms, truffles, truffle oils, and spices, as well as mushroom snacks like mushroom chocolate and mushroom cookies.
