Dirkse Counseling and Consulting is a team of developed support professionals encompassing Counselors, Employment Specialists, and Job Coaches. Our team of professionals receives significant education and training on communication, behavior, and effective support, highlighting the individual support needs of the person. Our diverse team of counselors work diligently to build a client-clinician relationship while identifying and collaborating with clients to establish potential solutions to problems. Employment specialists take clients on a journey to discover the client's interests, skills, and individual career goals that lead to successful integrated employment. Job coaches provide on-site support to individuals in job retention and long-term support programs. Through modeling, direct instruction, and social support, coaches are able to accommodate individual needs and act as a bridge between the employee and the employer.
