Services provided by DOD include but are not limited to fill and aggregate procurement, unsuitable export, hauling/transportation logistics, FDOT specific materials, and civil engineering design/permitting. DOD is capable and often provides services that fully integrate all the above making DOD a one stop shop to handle all your fill, aggregate, and hauling needs.
Before Dirt On Demand, the typical user for fill and aggregates would call a local trucking company and receive a rate for material to be imported to their jobsite from either a mine or a borrow pit. The unfortunate part of that arrangement is that there could be opportunities to save money and increase profit all around them that, at no fault of their own, they are unaware of. In comes Dirt On Demand. It is our job to identify those opportunities before and during construction so that they are available to our Clients to capitalize on. For each job, DOD will analyze the material price, specifications, quantity, and transportation costs with the intent of providing a complete all inclusive price that adequately addresses all of these in the most cost efficient manner possible. Clients of DOD come back for two reasons. The first and most important is that we save them money on a consistent basis. DOD wants to make our Clients money so they can keep utilizing our services. That concept seems simple but is often not practiced. The second reason is our professionalism. DOD employs a team of people whose responsibility is to make sure the Client is getting what they paid for and that the job runs smoothly.
