Growing up with a passion for excavation, Randi began his journey working for a local dig enterprise during his teens. Life took him on a detour during his young adult years, selling tools for a while, though he never turned down the chance to tackle excavation side jobs. Eventually, he realized he couldn't stay away from the earthwork he loved and in 2004, he launched Dirt Work Solutions. His son, Travis, barely 14 at the time, was no stranger to hard work and would lend a hand on projects while he dreamt of joining the business full time. A dedicated team, they spend nights and weekends building their dream.
In 2007, as a senior, Travis seized the opportunity to blend school with business through a co-op program with LCTI, bringing aboard their first official team member - a close friend. As Dirt Work Solutions took on more jobs, from septic system installations to house foundations, their crew began to grow, oftentimes consisting of trusted family and friends. Fast forward to 2012, a significant milestone was reached as Travis stepped up as co-owner. The company's expansion accelerated, with new services such as comprehensive site work, pipe laying, paving and concrete services.
In 2016, Randi's daughter, Katelyn joined the team by lending a hand in the office. Today, the fruit of the Bult's family labor is evident in Dirt Work Solutions' impressive team of 45, capable of tackling large scale endeavors. Their journey is a testament to the power of persistence, family bonds and the pursuit of a dream.
