Disability Defenders

Disability Defenders is a Chicagoland nonproft organization that creates local community events to bring social and financial awareness to local disability facilities. We currently work with five organizations, which include Sertoma Centre, Park Lawn, Garden Center Services, Blue Cap, and Elim Christian Services. Our mission at Disability Defenders is to provide financial and emotional support for the developmentally and intellectually disabled by creating a fun yet innovative social experiences that people of all social standings can enjoy together as one community. By exhibiting empathy, respect, and dedication through our staff and donors, we can create a more inclusive world. We are looking for professionally minded volunteers who are ready and willing to take on our mission and help our organization grow.
