Discover Manufacturing is using data and credentialing to align and connect talent. Discover Manufacturing maintains real-time knowledge of local training programs, enrollment and capacity, as well as employers' talent needs. Connecting the two aligns employer talent demand with supply.
We need to get students excited about viable, long term careers in manufacturing. In order meet demand, we connect with school counselors, teachers and parents to dispel misperceptions about careers in manufacturing.
