Discoverpacitan.com terbentuk secara kolektif pada tanggal 23 Februari 2015 yang bermula terbentuk viral diakun Instagram bernama @explorepacitan. Seiring perkembangan waktu dengan bangga akhirnya di tanggal 2 Juni 2015 akun tersebut berubah menjadi nama @discoverpacitan untuk keperluan kemudahan dan hoki, hehe.. Penemuan tersebut bermula dari foto yang di unggah oleh netizen lalu di tandai ke Akun Instagram @discoverpacitan. Bisa dikatakan karena The Power Of Gadget lho jeee!!!!. Kesan wah pun tercipta ketika caption fotonya menarik yang membuat netizen semakin tertarik untuk berdestinasi ke Pacitan.
