Discovering Prospects

Discovering Prospects is a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding Kansas City community members with diverse abilities reach their vocational dreams. Competitive integrated employment is a goal every person should explore and develop through community connections, discovering your personal genius, and focusing on areas you are passionate about. Discovering Prospects aids community members through individualized services where we explore employment through prevocational services, vocational discovery, career planning, job development, supported employment, and long-term follow-along services. All services are led by highly qualified individuals who have been trained to the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) standards for custom employment services.
