Restaurant & Beverage Manager Michael Kapusty (he/him) provides exceptional service as a certified Sommelier, drawing from his diverse experiences in top Canadian restaurants and the Cayman Islands. Chef Gizem Afsar (she/her) blends her Turkish culinary heritage with training from Eataly and Soho House, bringing her talents to Dispatch since 2021.
