DisputeMandi is an online platform that helps business community to record, Review and notify fraudsters and unethical acts. The meaning of the Word "Mandi" in Hindi is Market Place. This is a knowledge base helps organizations to report & manage disputes along with report un-ethical practices carried out by individuals or companies There are only 2 players on this platform - Complainant and Defender. A complainant can report a case on DisputeMandi against a Defender, who can Challenge the case, or request for Settlement or accept the blacklisting as a Fraud in the platform. The defenders can be your ex employee, or a vendor or a customer or anyone you deal during your business life cycle. Reporting wrong cases against a defender can land black listing the complainant as well. We trap contract violators, employees who leave without completing their notice period, candidates who inappropriately misuse the employment offer , a sub contractor who do not finish the work as per agreed terms & conditions, or a customer who dont pay you on completion of the work
