The journey began after I exited a company I co-founded—Reason, a digital agency we scaled to 7x its revenue before selling it in 2022. I realised during that journey that, while the process of growing a business was rewarding, it was also chaotic, demanding, and isolating for many founders. That’s why I started Disrptr. I wanted to be the critical friend I wish I’d had to transform how I navigated through those challenges—someone to challenge thinking, offer clarity, and provide on-demand, no-nonsense advice.
