At Disrupt for Change, we’re reimagining how the global travel and tourism industry educates, equips, and connects underrepresented tourism & hospitality small and micro-enterprises (SMEs) and cultural attractions. Our mission is to close the opportunity gap, making the industry more inclusive, sustainable, and equitable for all through industry-specific tourism education.
That’s why we created the Diversity Tourism Academy (DTA) — an equity‑centered, on‑demand learning platform designed for small and micro-enterprises, cultural museums, aspiring entrepreneurs, and students. DTA also provides digital resources such as eBooks, articles, podcasts and masterclasses for DMOs, tourism boards, and global brands. Through the DTA, we're helping to bridge the gap between local tourism & hospitality suppliers, travel trade and hospitality supply chains.
