Telephone support is available 24-hours while online chat and text support is available 12-hours each day. Reach out to us for anything that may be causing someone concern, worry or distress for yourself or a loved one.
We conduct community education and outreach through workshops, community events and partnerships, in order to enhance support services and public trust in our communities.
