Distribution Inventory Management, LLC is a Utah-based company specializing in, well, distribution inventory management. We work primarily with durable goods distributors with top-line sales less than $100million annually. Our mission is to help small distribution businesses understand what effective inventory management is and how to implement a good program without regard to any software that may be used to control inventory. So much of today's focus is on applications that control inventory with little regard to how they actually work. This can lead to excess inventory as well as stockouts. For a small distributor competing in today's worldwide market, that can spell disaster many times.
