District 78 is a music producing team comprised of Chris Lightbody, Robert Steinmiller, and Spencer Yaras. Since 2005, they have scored and written music for many popular television shows and films, from Disney Pictures’ upcoming “Step Up: 3D” all the way to the UK for “Move Like Michael Jackson”, the most popular series in BBC3’s history.
Best known for their work on today’s most popular dance shows (Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance”, MTV’s “Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Best Dance Crew”), they pioneered the “Master Mix” and continue to shape the sound of dance mixes on television through their unique combination of original material with popular hits.
Accomplished producers, they have had the privilege of working with many popular artists such as Adam Lambert, Far East Movement, Lil’ Mama, j.Lo, and Taboo from Black Eyed Peas.
