Our intention was to cultivate a community of people who are connected through movement by dismantling the division between movement practices and movers.
In doing so, we attract a collective of people who flow seamlessly through intense workouts, dope yoga practice, and real human connections.
The Distrikt has grown in to a group of people who not only sweat together but more importantly a family who supports and inspires each other.
