Distrikt Movement

The Distrikt is at it’s core, young and young-hearted. Our classes are loud, the connections are deep and every moment is real. Our intention was to cultivate a community of people who are connected through movement by dismantling the division between movement practices and movers. In doing so, we attract a collective of people who flow seamlessly through intense workouts, dope yoga practice, and real human connections. The Distrikt has grown in to a group of people who not only sweat together but more importantly a family who supports and inspires each other. We are a movement through movement.
