From idea to inception in the midst of the pandemic, Distrito Capital was formed in partnership between Luis Hazael (#14 on Worlds 50 Best Bars) and David Goldstein (ex-Uber Eats turned foodtech consultant). Operating as a virtual brand, Distrito Capital provides classic cocktails with a Colombian twist direct-to-consumer leveraging delivery platforms as well as through restaurant partners, and retail outlets. After successful operations and expansion across Bogota via cloud kitchens and restaurant fulfillment partners, Distrito Capital merged with the premier restaurant group in Bogota, The Elemento Group, to expand our virtual brand portfolio across Colombia and soon Latin America + the United States.
