Since 2002, Ditec, a building facilities (MEP) consulting and commissioning company, works in projects and enterprises throughout the country. We are pioneer in the consulting and commissioning segment. Already 17 years of operation, accumulating experiences and working to bring to all customers the best result. We are ready to attend projects in all phases of its execution, from the projects analysis to the documentation consulting for works delivery. Having as main activities the commissioning, inspection and attendance of building facilities, Ditec has extensive experience in the commissioning of building services, many of them with LEED certification. Acting in conjunction with commissioning authorities and having already served a variety of projects throughout Brazil, we are proud to play a key role in helping our clients ensure high performance of their facilities, rationalization of costs, compliance with current regulations and legislations, in addition to achieving Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum certification Leed levels.
