The CWiA Online and In-House Teaching & Training program is designed and delivered to challenge, direct and drive the individual's and organisation’s talent toward the highest possible of standards in communication excellence.
In the training you’ll learn the strategic and creative processes that enable you to create all types of effective communications, from concept to completion to accomplishment.
In the teaching, you’ll develop the ability turn data and information into knowledge and insight. This skill alone can make you a formidable copywriter of internal and external communications.
My teaching style is very collaborative, combining theory and practice as we proceed. It is as much about activating participants into applying the key learning points on the go as it is about me demonstrating the processes that create and articulate an effective written communication piece.
As part of my practice, I meet with the team leaders and discuss which areas to cover in order to customise the course and determine the post-course assessment criteria.
I always follow-up 6 — 12 months after participants complete the CWiA program to see the return on investment. The feedback is always positive with compelling numbers to show for it. This is led to the CWiA tagline:
