The company was established in 2003 and is based in the Gauteng Province, with branches in Limpopo, Mpumalanga and the North West province. The primary function of the company is to provide consulting services to developers, funding agents, and development organization public works agencies, housing utility organizations as well as state parastatal organization. Our management and staff have complimentary experience in project management and facilitation management. This experience has been gained in the field of civil engineering and infrastructure development.
DITLOU CONSULTING’S mission is to fill a niche for specialized professional services created by the increasing emphasis on community driven development and the need for rapid increase in the infrastructure and housing delivery.
The increasing support from the state, non – government organizations and funding agents for development infrastructure and housing projects has highlighted the need for experienced development consultants to assist in providing the much – needed capacity in order to streamline and manage delivery.
