DIV-IN is a one-of-a-kind “Start-up Studio” designed for Consulting start-ups that want to launch - or accelerate - their business, with the ambition to become a key player in their field of expertise. A few observations at the origin of the DIV-IN project: - The Consulting market is currently changing and on top of large Consulting firms that will keep partnering with big corporations, Consulting start-ups will emerge, multiply, and become a “new wave” of key players in this eco-system - An increasing Consulting demand from all size companies that are facing the imperative need to rethink their business model through leveraging new technologies - An increasing societal and generational trend for working in smaller companies and with more flexible ways of working - Many brilliant consultants are attracted by the idea of creating their own Consulting business, however, most of them never dare jumping in as they find it too complex In this context we imagined and created DIV-IN, with the mission to enable selected start-up leaders making their dream happen, proposing an “as a service” and “hands-on” support relying on 3 pillars: 1 - Guidance and coaching from senior advisors coming from best in class Consulting firms as well as start-up ecosystems 2 - A complete set of services (Business, Marketing, HR, Admin) allowing start-up leaders to focus on their core business and keep a decent work-life balance 3 - Optionally, a joint entrepreneurship approach including investment and financing solutions Are you dreaming about launching your own Consulting start-up or wanting to accelerate your development?
