DIVA GYM is a female gym in Kuwait. It is not only a place, it's a family that supports each other through fun and motivational training. Our members are different: from beginners to professionals. That's why our training programs are designed with care for every detail. At DIVA, we attend to the desires, anticipations, and qualifications of the different types of trainees, therefore we have created different zones which accommodate the different needs of those females who decided to join the DIVA family: Green Zone: This zone is suitable for beginners. Trainees of this zone can enjoy the functional, basic, and low impact movements while being guided by our professional trainers. Yellow Zone: Trainees with intermediate levels will find the Yellow Zone suitable for their capabilities. The zone offers fun and fit exercises, as well as a chance to learn new martial arts. Red Zone: This zone targets trainees with advanced levels, those who are looking for high-intensity functional movements, weightlifting, plyometrics, gymnastics, and military movements. Purple Zone: Every single trainee can utilize the facilities of the purple zone, no matter what level of fitness they are at. Trainees within this zone will focus on mobility, flexibility, and balance. Group PT: The zone can accommodate up to six members at a time. It combines machines exercises, free weights as well as body weight, following a special program that is divided by levels. Aqua Zone: Aqua Zone offers aqua cardio, toning, and active recovery exercises for all health cases, with a special focus on injuries, through using the latest and most advanced aqua machines and equipment. The zone also offers swimming lessons. Spinning: A cycling area that targets all levels of trainees, it is equipped with a huge screen that gives the feeling of cycling outdoors. Pink Zone: The zone presents members with a complete range of fun fitness workouts that includes different kinds of dances and aerobics.
