Diverse CXO is a power network for strengthening diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace. We aim to raise social equity and equality in the by bringing the experience of C-Suite executives and board members to the talent table. We aim to develop, support and expand the future C-Suite pipeline through the power of coaching, mentoring and networking to enhance social equity and career opportunities. Bringing a range of skills and experience across digital solutions, change and transformation, financial services, technology to healthcare and wellbeing. Our coaches and mentors are a mix of experienced role models spanning C-Suite executives and boards coming together to empower communities and our networks. Our role models and networks include: Women, non-binary and gender non-confirming Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer plus wider LGBTQ+ community empowerment Enabling employees with Disabilities to drive social equality and equity Black, Asian and Interracial communities or minoritised ethnic groups. Empowerment of marginalised men Allies and Partnership networks.
