Diversified Services (DSB) was established in 1990 by Alan & Suzanne McKay. Since Alan's retirement in 2019, DSB is now run by their daughter Susan Buchanan, who joined the company over 18 years ago. DSB is one of the largest suppliers of office furniture in Bermuda. From the start, DSB flourished and has had the support of many long-standing clients and an excellent service team. Staff: Over the years DSB has had a great service team; all Bermudian, all certified and have vast experience. We provide full warranty on all products installed. We also employ a team of part-time installers who we can call upon at a day’s notice to help with large and 'outside of standard hours' projects. We aim to please and work conveniently with all our clients at home or in the office. It is of the utmost importance to us that we keep you happy! Transport: We co-ordinate all of our own freight logistics from the time the product leaves the manufacturer, to delivery here on the Island. Bermuda Forwarders transports our local containers on our behalf and we do all customs clearances in-house. Service: We take pride in providing "quality and efficient service", as service is the back-bone of any successful business. We feel that to survive the ups and downs in this unique marketplace, customer service must and will come first to keep our business growing.
